At WINNIE’S JEWELRY, we are committed to providing a clear and transparent shopping experience. Each piece is made to order, meaning it is prepared only after you’ve placed your order. While we strive to dispatch your order promptly, please allow up to 3 working days for us to create and prepare your jewelry.

Rest assured, every piece of our jewelry undergoes a thorough quality control check before it’s carefully packaged. All our items are beautifully presented in recyclable and reusable packaging.

For Domestic Orders

We typically dispatch your orders within 3 days of ordering, and delivery times range from 2-10 days depending on your location.

Once your order is shipped, tracking updates will be sent to your mobile number and email, allowing you to easily track your package’s progress.

Return & Exchange Policy

As each of our pieces is meticulously crafted to order and considering sanitary and hygiene concerns, we currently maintain a policy of no returns, with all sales being final. However, if you have a change of heart, we do allow order cancellations within 5 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, we commence work on your order, and cancellations cannot be accommodated.

Upon confirming a cancellation, we will promptly initiate a full refund, but please note that the time taken for funds to appear in your bank may range from 2 to 7 days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

However, If something is wrong with your order once you receive it, contact us and we’ll be absolutely happy to work something out with you depending on the situation.
